Full body 60 mins are very rushed. I’ll do 25 on the back and 10 on neck/shoulders. Next time I convince them to do focus or 90 min

I like your techniques. Long time LMT here. Slow is definitely key for effective DT work. I will try out your "bread and butter" technique. I have also used a variation of your QL/Upper glute hold to help that low back to relax. Your version will help many of my clients that have low back issues. Thank you for this video! 😊
