Great update Glen! Acting as an owner builder and being responsible for your subs, never easy. When your into a project (no matter the size) like you are, energy wains and your tolerance to drive thru becomes limited. You can see the end, drive on Sir, your almost there!

You can screw down all that subfloor to prevent future squeaking. Nails work loose easier than screws. Just a thought. Thanks for the update!

I built a "Kit Home" in Australia 🇦🇺 many decades ago and used thousands of self tapping screws to hold Western Red Cedar ckDding to the steel framing. There was no problem lining up the correct placement, as the screws went into the steel as each plank was placed in position. However there was difficulty getting accurate positioning with corrugated "zincalume" roofing onto wooden purlins, as they were hidden underneath. Definitely need to mark in some way. I used a string line. I had similar difficulty inside doing the drywall and ceilings. I get that you're really pissed off, as I would be too. No extra cups of coffee for those guys 😮

Deer don’t come that close around here. I must say if one did then it would be safe and feed. Family has had them as pets in the past and there not bad pets at all. But they taste good too.😁🤷🏼‍♂️
