As a 60 yo woman I have to say your PT programmes are the very best on KZfaq. You are always so considerate and aware of those of us who have various pre existing injuries etc affecting our muscles and joints, and who cannot handle 'normal' gym programmes! Thanks for always having a variety of good exercises I can actually do! 😊

I love this one, thank you so much. Also, re a previous comment, I got referred to physio for the pain in my knee and ankles, so I'm doing those exercises twice a day. Your videos have been a massive help to me ❤

Been using LMNT for over a year. Great way to get off of soda, plus you can stay hydrated all year long. Going to try this routine as soon as I warm up.

Thanks! I call myself a wogger now:) I have arthritis is multiple spots, and weakness, so walk/jog is more my style now when I’m able:)

I just worked out .And my great workout takes at least 90 plus minutes or more including abs.

It’s definitely great that you can do that! Not everyone is able to though, so it’s always good to have alternatives :-) there are definitely many times that I am not able to work out to that degree
