My Doc; Kristie Ennis; Do you have a great amazing workout to get my knees back into sink. I don't know why but trying to get the full squats in my curriculum in sync( dumb autocorrect wouldn't let me correct) to your workouts I'm already using thank you soooooo much.😞 My lifesaver 🤭
