My name is Fatima This year, I accomplished my dream body by committing to a consistent exercise routine and maintaining a healthy diet. I incorporated strength training exercises into my workouts and focused on building muscle. It was definitely a lot of hard work, but seeing the results and feeling stronger physically and mentally made it all worth it. Not only did I become physically stronger, but I also gained a sense of discipline, determination, and confidence. It's amazing how taking care of our bodies can have such a positive impact on our overall well-being. I'm proud of the progress I've made and it's motivated me to continue challenging myself.

I have learned to let go a little more. I used to harbor a lot of resentment and spite especially in my professional life. Here in Australia we can't get fat free cream cheese so I make cheese cakes with blended ricotta or cottage cheese and yoghurt and oats for the base to keep the calories lower and it works really well. I also put cocoa in the no-bake base as the chocolate contrasts nicely with my version of the peanut flavoured filling.

I started running October last year after my brother challenged me to so a triathlon with him this year. Before that i could barely run 1k before getting close to a triathlon. Ran a 5k in December, trained harder and ran my first 10k in May. I completed a super sprint triathlon in June. I worked hard and completed an Olympic Triathlon in August. But why stop there. I decided to run a half marathon in September. Unfortunately that run wrecked my knees but i would like to train to so an Ironman in the future now that i love the racing. Cant wait to try your recipe.

Protein chef does it again! Youre a gem man. Genuinely appreciate you. You're of the OGs. Criminally underrated. *For something that made me mentally and or physically stringer this year* : Martial Arts. To give a bit of context, I completely stopped playing sports (and i used to play soccer, hockey and tennis all quite seriously). Sports used to be a big part of my life and I completely stopped them mainly because I didn't see the point of doing them anymore. I didnt see the purpose of all the time I was dedicating to sports. Results, was inactive for a while a part from lifting at home and getting some steps in. Martial arts got me back in the groove of things and genuinely made me mentally "stronger" and physically mkre competent. More resilient and, in some ways paradoxically, more humble both mentally and physically. Anyways, thanks again for still putting amazing recipes out man! You're absolutely crushing it and the fact that you offer written recipes, super detailed and well explained is a God sent. Thanks for helping make this world a healthier place! Genuinely. Keep crushing it!
