My husband served 25 years in the Military, so I know a lot about Being alone. It’s a tough job, but Thank God we got great men and women that have given up their lives for our freedoms in this Country! Thank you, Sir for your service to Our Country! It’s a great Sacrifice, to serve our Country, so we can sleep in peace at night! I remember when my husband got those calls in the middle of the night, and I watched him leave many times with all his gear in his backpack. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

My husband was active duty navy 17 and half yrs. I cant tell you how many holidays, birthdays, or anniversaries he missed, it would be easier to try to count the ones he was home for. He missed the birth of our 2nd child. It was our life. Now he has a 'normal' job and our younger 2 get to see their dad everyday.

My dad served in the US Army for 22 years. He always came home safe and sound. Thank God. Songs like this make me tear up every time.

Toby Keith walks the walk when it comes to supporting our service men and women. Do you know that if you eat in his restaurant they will ask you if you are or have served in the service? If you say yes and show your ID they will comp your meal. That's right, active duty and veterans eat free. That man is a class act.

The man in green I never was in the service either.. but my son was.. seeing him walk to the bus to go to the airport going to Iraq with all he's gear I was so full of anxiety.. As a Army Mom it was stressful lol...A year before He went straight to boot camp immediately after graduation from high school he grapped his stuff out of the truck and the recruiter took him away lol... When he done that first tour at only 18 mamma Bear got gray hairs...but anyways I'm rambling..My point is we all make sacrifices Very Proud Mamma Bear ❤️🇺🇲 My son is a Veteran too!

Why didn't you show the video?? It's a fantastic video! We CAN support our troops and thank them for their service when we see them. I have an AFB in my city and whenever I see them out and about shopping, etc., I always stop and thank them. They really appreciate it.
