Well I'm sure with more treatment that disc will give you more and more relief along with hydration and nutrition

@@TheMartialWay have you thought about getting those decompression devices or the iron neck? I know Joe Rogan overcame a herniated neck disc that way plus stem cell he has no symptoms or pain anymore
