I feel so awesome! I used to spend a lot of time at gym and I felt so weak after many hours of excercising. Now after practising yoga for (only!) 20-25 minutes a day, 5 times a week I feel strong, beautiful and healthy! Thanks a lot!

Thank you so much for these sessions! I really appreciated how you explained how our body should be positioned and situated in each particular pose. I've been doing some of these poses with other videos and now I better know how my body should be feeling going forward.

OMG I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE AMOUNT OF SWEAT!!! I did it twice in a row, such a complete workout. LOVED THIS. Day ONE and Four are my faves so far. Ive doing these 1,2,3,4 the whole week! ( But doing the first 3 days in a row to feel like I really worked out) Keep it up!!

This series is the best one I have found so far. Isn't so hard on my bones. There's some other videos that somehow make my bones dig into the floor inspite of the mat and that just hurts. Thanks +Joy Scola for making me like yoga !

I am a beginner and performed all 4 parts everyday for 5 days and lost 3kgs.. is it advised to exercise all 4parts everyday?? I started exercising to loose weight and for backache.. guess these 4parts are serving both the purposes. Thank you so much 😊

There are severaI things for using yoga reduce weight Find a reputabIe program IocaIIy or onIine and stick to it Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you (l Iearned these and why they work on Yaras Yoga Tactics site).

+Joy Scola iv done 3 days of this and 3 of 30 days with adrienne and although its early days i do feel a little more flexible (my hamstrings are still like steel cable thouhh lol) i also feel a bit more relaxed in general. it seems to be helping with the moderate lower back pain i get alot too, i feel like downward dog is helping stretch out my calves alot although i dont think my arms run straight with my back and im very front heavy so it works my forearms pretty hard tldr its bloody good lol

eatthisvr6 Oh nice! I love Adrienne's yoga vids. That's good to hear it's stretching you out. It took me about a year of practicing yoga to really feel like I was in down dog properly, you'll get there soon enough. ^_^ Have you noticed there are any particular poses that are extra difficult for you to hold or any favorites you've found?

I lost my glasses, but I suppose that's what I get for doing yoga with my glasses on. As for losing weight, though: well, no, I haven't lost any, but that's probably because I was unable to continue without my glasses.

+Parris Tami I lose half a pound every time I do part 1 + part 2. Part 3 & 4 look more harder so I hope I'll lose more. Controlling how much you eat along with doing this is equally important too.

i actuslly prefer that to the music because shes enjoying herself and i like that. i do a little muay thai (thai boxing) and training is much better when the mood is quite light (not silly but not mega serious) you just dont notice the pain as much

cobra gives me lower back pain is that normal? ps i went for a hilly bike ride and i really enjoyed going straight into chair pose when i got in NOT lol

+eatthisvr6 Make sure you're stretching your spine up to the ceiling, elongating and separating your vertebrae. don't sag into your lower back. Don't go as far up if it still hurts.
