Causes :
Ageing : is there out pouching of fat under the skin whch is leading to puffiness under the eyes. This type of puffiness remains the same through the day
Water retention: either hormonal imbalance or excessive salt intake can lead to puffiness under the eyes.
Allergies: allergic rhinitis, sinusitis or contact dermatitis can also lease to swelling of lower eyelids.
Sleeping on your abdomen
Treatment :
Mild puffiness can be treated with home remedies such as application of a cold spoon or tea bags and potato or cucumber slices. Even creams containing caffeine can cause reduction in puffiness.
Moderate puffiness: Tear trough fillers can help if there is a depression between the eyebags and the cheeks.
