You guys are inspiring. Been watching you since the land clearing. I would love to do something like this, but I'm a bit passed my prime. I work in a high school. I often bring up your videos, to show teens what people are capable of, when they have a passion and drive to get it done. I'll be in WV next summer. I plan to make your cafe a stop on my journey. Hearing Josh say, "It's a dream fulfilled", I'm not sure it gets better than that.

I grew up a little similar to this, dad and mom built the house, i was around your boys age at the time, life isn't always perfect when you look at everything, but i have nothing but fond memories i will never forget. It's too easy to get caught up in the now, long as you try to do your best you will never regret it.

I would recommend getting a shop cart to move large numbers of boxes when shipping. I sell as well and it helps moving from the prep area to the shipping space.

I have watched Ellie and the boys grow up and all your ups and downs and your channel is one of my favourites. What a milestone , congrats!. My first block wall was intimidating and I should have filled it. It unfortunately blew over in a microburst. However it was a great learning experience and I have had no issues since.

The whole video was amazing! The pouring of the concrete for the safe room went smooth. The putting up of the tree brought memories of years long gone when we did that. Ellie was so joyful to see the tree going up and the two young men helping was such a wonderful family moment. Then the candles at the cafe and all the help you all had for that. I hope and wish you both that you are still together in 30 or 40 years. Sitting in front of the house and looking into the evening sun and still be happy with your grown up kids together. I am so glad you guys are done with the block work, it wore me out watching you doing that. A grout bag would have made filling the joints much quicker for you. I am very happy for you both to be seeing your 20 year dream of the safe room coming into reality!! Nice Job guys. You mention how difficult your block job was youa re right it was. Just think most contractors who would do a block job like would propably 5 or 6 people on site to perfom the task's you two did yes the kids helped. A contractor would have probably had two people laying the course of blocks with a couple apprentice helpers and probably one or more hustling block. My hats off as always to both of you.

Congratulations on everything that you have accomplished so far since your BIG DREAMS. Wow! I wish you and your family and team every success in everything that you endeavor to do from here on in. I wish you much success with your Air B&B and Wild Root Cafe and your merchandise and the completion of your family home and rental. I know that you are also selling eggs from your own hens and using them at the Wild Roots Cafe and wherever else you can use them; as well as your personal use. You guys proved if you can dream it; you can do it. Great job from 5+ years ago until now. You now have SO much more experience and knowledge. You ought to be proud of everything you all accomplished. You have a wonderful family and farm animals, poultry and fowl and family pets. It sounds like fun but it is a LOT of work to keep maintained. This is good hands on education for your kids as well. You won't learn these things in school.
