The Lord answered my prayer and gave August another crane job. His last vid left me kinda butt hurt when he said he was tired of videoing his work. Pain sucks!!! but you can't keep a good man down. Adam and Damien got your back August.

Weight is tough to judge from a video. You were pretty close tho. Neat perspective seeing the actual weight of a tree. That Vermeer blows my mind with it's lift capacity. Just an awesome tool, so versatile. Nice editing, good work. Stay safe.

@justinmcnulty6015 жыл бұрын
Honest my guess was 6,500lbs and after your first estimates I thought I was way to high. It's always better to over estimate the weight because once you cut it there is no putting it back because it's to heavy!! Lol. Always get excited when a new Monkey Beaver video comes out!!!

Ok who put the saw down in the roadway? Did it get run over or was the vermeer operator on ball? Watched my 046 lose a new bar n chain because it got put down on the brush. The groundie had no idea that it could be tossed into the chipper that fast. I just cringed a bit when I seen your saw set in the line of fire. It's a video and just a small picture of what yall did that day. Thanks for ride along.

Not sure about the diameter, but my initial guess is 4,000 at 20" diameter.
@tedjohn4415 жыл бұрын
The camera makes it look 12" DBH so it is probably closer to18 or 20 it also looks shorter with the camera's view. There are allot of limbs which will add allot of weight. My guess would be 6900lbs final answer.
