No, push-up se direct fat loss nahi hota hai, calorie deficit se fat loss hota hai. Exercises se strength badhati hai, muscle banti hai aur indirectly fat loss hota hai

N R you get visible abs only well the fat percentage in the body is low. So this exercise alone cannot give you visible abs.

Yes time lagta hai strength aur musle build hone mein. Lagatar practice karte rahiye, utna depth le jitna ho paaye, Deere dheere reps badhate jaiye.

suraj patil there is no exercise where a strong core is required. So core training is a separate subject. This is only to simplify the movement for beginners

Ma'am while going downwards first your stomach is directly touching the ground I have seen other videos their body is in a line going downwards so.....what is right????

Hey glad you observed. See in a knee down push also we need to maintain a straight line, from The knee to the head. That is why the stomach is touching down. It is not right to keep the hips up, that becomes more of a box push up than a knee down push up, and can hurt the lower back. Infact in a push-up the tail bone also needs to be tucked under(which is little technical to understand)

Mam I am really thankful to you for showing the proper method of push ups , one man laughed at me that women literally I can't perform push ups because when I do push ups I completely collapse on the floor , I don't have strength at all to push my body up from the floor , in many videos I saw we should not keep our arm like you showed in this video it should be Infront of our arm it's unpractical I think , but when practically we try it comes like you showed in the video , I couldn't even do one push up ever ,! is it ok to lie down on the floor while push ups or should we keep distance from floor while coming down ? In this method I think I can do try push ups thank you once again

Hey absolutely, you may go as low as your body allows. It’s alright if you can’t touch the floor. No don’t bend the body. From knee to shoulder maintain a straight line. Yes go half not an issue. Slowly with regular practice you’d be able to go lower.

Maam sorry to say plz don't take it in a wrong way that you are actually doing it in a wrong way that your stomach is directly touching the ground while the correct way is that you go down & touch your nose to the ground & then comeback and during this your body should be in air. Thank you.

Glad you watched it closely. But in a knee down push up if you keep your hips up, that’s gives an anterior tilt to the pelvis, which is wrong. You still need to maintain a straight line, and a posterior tilt is what should be maintained.

@@pixiedust0874 it’s not an ideology, but a fact, that’s why there are separate scales to measure men and women’s strength. Men have higher testosterone which help them build muscles faster making them stronger faster than women. Hence it is important we respect gender limitations or power and train accordingly, without comparing ourselves with the opposite sex and that is not called sexist but respect for every gender. Women take longer to build strength, that’s all, it is not impossible. Hope this clarifies.
