I remember this question! When they give you both image and text, make sure to read the text carefully because the image can be misleading. So you need to take both into account

You're really telling on yourself in this video. "Soft skills can't be learned in a day or two", yet your method is to go on google, figure out what "soft skills" (aka horoscope bullshit) you need to fit into your job, and then basically bullshit your way to being a corporate fit. These tests are compliance tools, plain and simple.
