Stomach started to make sound and moving right after stomach massage! I can feel the warmth and energy flowing in kidney and entire stomach right after this exercise😊 Thank you for sharing this Kseny❤️ Just subscribed your channel!

Hi Sophie, our breath should be natural and relaxed. So as the movement, when we sync our breath with the movement - our nervous system can regulate itself and we feel calmer and more aware.
