I have always had sluggish digestion (78 years!) For 7 weeks now I have been doing Qi Gong with you each morning and I can't believe the difference. Your routine, plus magnesium and eating wisely has dramatically changed how I feel. Age means nothing when you feel this good! Bless you!

I have been eating more than usual since Christmas and feeling a little full. These exercises relieved some of the stress from over eating! My tummy says "Thank you" .

thank you this was so helpful for me on a water fast coming off of a stomach bug. my organs nearly stopped digesting. i could feel them calling out with each inhale and exhale at this stage 4:45

HI! I tried to follow your video this morning and I'll do it every day, my belly has always been swollen for years…hard and sticking out but I think it could be anxiety…or because I eat lots of fruit and vegetables…I don't know what anymore Do!

Research salamander eye exercises gets bagel reset! My down keep face upwards. Look eyes only to right as long as you can notice yawn or sneeze or eyes water. Then focus back to center then to left focus. Keep doing breathing deep until you get response.

Thanks so much 😍 I love it and will keep doing it combine with your morning Qigong. I have gastroparese and right now my colons is inflammatory, but still I could do this, so wauw 😍 There should be so much more focus on qigong for those with cronicly illness 😍

Hi Kseny, I just discovered your channel 😀! Do these exercises also help for food intolerances? I have several (lactose, wheat, fructose) and they cause 'trouble' in the digestion. I am so tired of having this 😏. Do you have some advise please? Thank you 🙏❤

Not recommended to do immediately after food. 30-45 minutes after assuming the meal was light. To aid digestion after food you can massage the stomach clockwise 36 times
