In photography light qualities are the way light falls on the subject. Hard light makes bright highlights and dark shadows, flat light has neither. Diffuse light has some. As a photographer you must learn to see them and apply them appropriately to the subject of your image. All light is good light provided you use it well.

Sir I have seen your old video of the same topic. One girl was the model in that video (Lona if I am right)who was really funny and she gave you a little shower too at the end of that video.
