Take breaks and stretch your wrists regularly! Here is a small workout to improve strength! Weak wrists: If you have a Resistance band, - Sit comfortably with your arms close to your body, bent at right angles. - Hold a band taut with both hands, palms down. - Slowly rotate your wrists so that your palms are facing up, stretching the band. - Keep your arms and elbows in place. Repeat 1-3 times, going at a pace you feel comfortable with!

What is the difference if any between the meta boost program and the one and done program? AND do they work? I am old school and 7 minutes just doesn't compute with me? Please help me by telling me your results. I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

The workouts in MetaBoost are isometric workouts (6 included) and the program is much more diet and nutrition focused. On the other hand, One and Done is more exercise focused. One and Done includes 14 days of full body, low impact Sprint Interval Training workouts. Sprint Interval Training (SIT) is a subtype of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), but differs greatly in a few ways. SIT involves periods of maximum effort followed by periods of active rest. These workouts boost metabolism, increase energy, and build muscle. So 7 minutes is all you need!!
