You are so welcome! I used to use vital wheat gluten a lot but I know there are lots of people who have gluten intolerance and they shouldn't have to miss out on their favorite foods. :)

thank you for a nice effort and recipe--unfortunately the piano music in the background makes it difficult to hear what you are saying (probably because I am not a fan of instrumental piano recordings but it is just distracting. Good detailed video for beginner bakers.
