Thanks yoga mam. I always tired with my eyes . I feel sleepy whole day so from get out i usually watched the motivation video and etc. things. but i cannot overcome . Then I realize my body routine is not working properly. After watch this video i started eye yoga 20 second eyes rest i feel better than past days Now I m doing my study and work with more energetic mode. My suggestion to all the students which screen time is high so they should really do yoga eyes . keep your body healthy and fit.

Thank you for this helpful video! Another eye yoga video suggested blinking fast 10-15 times then closing and relaxing your eyes to help them let go of stress

I have dry eyes..it actually makes me feel tired whole day.. although I sleep not much.but I guess its bcz of dry eyes only..in my pictures my eyes look so dull and tired. Shall I follow all the above techniques?will this only help? I use fresh tears sometimes. But now I started using fresh orange peel,but in summers I will not get them. Also I go for morning walk 12 kms everyday,in winters too..very cold weather..does it increase the prb?

Madam I am glad that I have seen you in youtube with beneficial informations Iam having right eye nerve pain.diagnosed as trigeminal neuralgia which is uncontrollable for me.pain comes so deep inside from my eyes.i will be thankful enough and pls pls give me a solution for this.positive vibes on your way maam

Hello Maam, Thanks for sharing these wonderful tips through your video. My eyes feel very tired all the time , because of which I don't feel brightened up throughout the day. I feel less energy too. I have reduced screen time also , but still I feel the pain on my eye lid muscle and over eyeballs. Because of this my daily productivity is reduced a lot. Even in pictures my eyes look smaller and tired. What should I do ? Please I would like to have some suggestions if someone else is also going to the same.

Hello ma'am , I am a CA student my final examination will be soon. I am studying along with articleship so I can't get more time to sleep and I have cylinder number if I don't take sleep enough it affects my eyes. In such a situation I can't study or work properly. Hello. Yoga institute. i love this channel try to incorporate tips you teach whenever get time. i have a huge problem. suffering from sleep problems from long time. go to bed around 10.30pm till then struggle to get proper sleep. mostly i feel tired when wake up, coz i feel the quality of sleep i usually get latter part in morning which i cannot take and have to wake up. This is big hinder for my productivity during day. Also i notice in deep sleep im seeing lots of dreams which other people see dreams as vague ones while sleeping. but mine is so clear n strong and resist to wake up so difficult. Please kindly help in this if possible.

Thank you for sharing such useful techniques to take care of our eyes ma'm! 🙏 Can you please guide us to avoid skin burning due to monitor radiation? I have photosensitive skin and i develop water bubble on the cheek bone and brown patches on the face due to monitor radiation, even from the phone. If i don't use them for a day, my skin problem vanish but get them back 3 to 4 days after starting to use them again. I don't want to use sun screen lotion as i avoid chemicals on my face. Thanks!
