That is awesome how you can actually feel it in your heart! I'm new to this and I'm wondering if there's any videos like this one, of the tibetan singing bowls, with a visual like in this video, but showing you which sound is affecting which chakra? For example, when they hit the bowl for the sound for the heart you can see the heart glow on the visual and same thing for the root, you you then see it switch to glowing in the visual for the root... Or both would be glowing if both sounds would be going at the same time to activate both chakras at the same time. That would be great if there's a video out there that goes through all 7 of your chakras and you can see which chakra is connected to which sound that is playing at the time. Just so I would know which part (chakra) of my body to focus on because this is absolutely amazing! I can feel it in my heart. Because I'm new to this, this particular video helps to be able to be more in tune with my heart chakra because I know this sound is exactly for that chakra.

Hi sir all your vedios are super . After listening to this sound ...what is the meaning of "c4" and F5 ?

Names of notes , c4 is a "C" note in 4th octave, where F5 is an F note in 5th octave

You don't need a visual. Just focus inside your body and where you feel the vibrations. This is the best way to be in the moment and present in your body.
