Doing a retake of Baidawi's delicious egg-fried rice, Chrisal's amps up the protein by replacing rice with quinoa. For those looking for a healthy alternative to rice, quinoa is your best bet as it can absorb any flavour you infuse it with and is easy to cook.
She added a little crunch element with bean sprouts and in less than 20 minutes, she made a delicious meal
