For those wondering about u/howabout_that_lipton (abusive mother story) He eventually got his revenge to the fullest. His mom moved to a different country to escape getting arrested, but eventually she came back to “make things right” with her son, arranged by her aunt behind op’s back. Little did they know op called some officers in to arrest her at the airport. It’s a really sad and horrific story that honestly brought me to tears... I’m so glad that op had such a weight lifted off his shoulders, he’s doing well, and despite his mother abusing him mercilessly, and telling him he’s worthless and trashy, he’s currently trying to become one of the best photographers of this time.

That horrible mum, ain’t a loving mum that’s for sure. She is a prime case of parents that SHOULDN’T have kids. I also hope she went to prison for years for all that abuse. Glad the son was smart enough to keep all the evidence, Also reporting her to CPS and IRS. Brilliant revenge story.

First one hits a little too close to home. She never beat me, but I was still her effigy- the one she always piled all of her hatred and loathing onto. And she’d always twist it back on me if I tried to stand up to her. One night I just left. Packed some bags and went with my boyfriend to live with him. Never went back.

My mom as well. But to hear her tell it she was the best mom in the world. Once I had kids she was a show off grandmother. Meaning only a grandmother when she could show it off and make people think she was a wonderful grandmother. When the truth was she NEVER watched my kids unless I paid her an hour or two ran $30-40. My kids NEVER spent the night at her house. But when my siblings had kids she worshipped their kids.

I have a narcissist mom and she doesn't just dump all her hatred and loathing but also actively and openly hates on me and my sister. shit like constantly telling me how i'm dumb and going to end up sweeping floors, controlling where I go and who I go with, constantly spewing racist shit and talking behind peoples backs. Occasionally throwing shit. Pretty vanilla I would say for an abusive family, but given that I'm pretty darn emotional, it does kinda hurt occasionally.

So fun fact, I actually worked for them selling those knives going door to door etc. this was about two years ago. I actually did make shit tons of money in the like two months i worked as a salesperson, but when i got promoted to management I actually saw how screwed their pay system is overall. I guess some people can actually make a shit ton of money, but most people dont. I left shortly after that promotion

For the first story, if I was that person, I'd ask my "mom" for a video camera, remember she would give electronics, and record her abusing me in a hidden location and turn it in to the police. Honestly, I'd rather be adopted than live with a mother that bad. BTW, my mom is an amazing mother.

I got an interview at CUTCO myself, went in the first day and it was the same thing: newly leased space. They actually told me that they'd just moved from a different space in the same building. They told me the same bullshit, "work on your terms." I didn't do anything drastic but the woman running the interviews had apparantly went to my high school and said that I "was a natural" and offered to buy me breakfast the next day before training. I said of course, let her buy plenty of food and didn't ever show my face again, no calls, no nothing.

Holy crap, I used to work for Cutco! I was wondering when they would show up! I have talked to many friends who worked for them and we all agree that those people were full of BS. My "manager" would talk down to us like we were children and say things like "We're not here to hold your hand, you gotta be more responsible." Even though we were doing everything they told us to? Like, I gave them my schedule for school (Which they told me to do!!) and they still got mad when I couldn't come in for their "important meetings." I quit pretty soon after starting, to keep concentrating on college, and later got an email from some lawyers talking about how Cutco was being investigated because they didn't pay anyone during the training portion of the job. Needless to say I got a decent check in the mail later. :) F you Cutco. ♥

I just wanted to thank you for making your videos. My boyfriend told me about this channel as I'd only recently gotten interested in reddit readings and I binged your channel over the last four days or so. I get headaches easily and I've discovered that having stuff like this on in the background has reduced the severity and frequency of the headaches I get, so thank you for making these videos! I wish I had a reddit account to share my own entitled parents/people stories but it's just fun finding channels like this and having a fun day binging reddit posts.

same I thought about working for Cutco cuz they offered 16 dollars an hour but I did a bit of research and found out that there was gonna be 2 weeks of unpaid training . So between that and the fact I can't handle rejection and the whole job is offering knifes to strangers. I decided not to do it.

I actually sold cutco for a while on the side, made decent pocket money. Still got about half my demo set from a decade ago, they are actually really good knives!

I used to sell Cutco too lol. However, we were NEVER asked to pay for the knives in our demo-kits. If we wanted the knives, we could buy them. However, when we started it was a simple. "Here you go. Here's some numbers for you to remember, and that's that. You don't owe us, and we give you money even if all you do is basic hour long sell pitches to people." So, David was trying to cheat people. My manager for Cutco was surprisingly cool and legit. Never asked for shit, never tried the 'pyramid' thing lol. I didn't spend a dime to anyone else. I just bought my own knives. XD. I miss those knives though. They were good.

@@mzdmostunique they didn't change the name. When I graduated in 2013, it was Vector Marketing selling CUTCO knives. They were scouting out at my graduation and I went to interview. I didn't stay long because I didn't like the feeling I got while being there. Vector is the company selling the products and they are the sketchy ones.
