I used to work at a breakfast restaurant, and I had a manager who was the spitting image of a Karen. She had the diagonal hair, resting jerk face, etc, but she behaved the exact opposite. I liked working when she was the acting GM because she wouldn't tolerate customers getting out of line. If someone got rude, they'd have to apologize or they wouldn't get service

She uses discipline, and sets boundaries, and when one of my siblings or myself steps out of line she corrects us, and if we do something disrespectful we get a good talking to. She’s never let us get away with anything like these entitled parents do. (Probably because we’re Mexican)

Ok so this story is told in the point of view of my sisters freind "I was at school one day and one of the teachers mistook me for a middle schooler I am 4'8 and allergic to make up so I can kind of understand it but it was still sad lol as I am a junior in highschool .-. 1st story reminds me of a story of my own... When I was doing an apprenticeship I worked at the local bowling alley on nights for some extra income. One of the older guys that worked there with the seediest mo you've ever seen was persistently trying to convince me to invest in some scheme or another, generally blatant pyramid schemes. One day I got to work, I did a handover with him, and he left. The next day I got a call from the owner saying that $300 in a cash bag from one of the bowling leagues had gone missing, apparently it had been left ON the reception counter by the seedy guy when my shift started (It was never there when I started my shift or I would have consolidated it into the cash register immediately), and I ended up copping the blame for it and was fired there and then. Very disappointing as the owners were lovely older people who were duped by the asshole into thinking I was at fault.

Note that in the first story, Company B was right to fire OP. He was responsible for the rings, and because he didn't respect the security procedure it got stolen. He's not the culprit, but he was definitely responsible.

I would have asked the good boss of company A to ask Jerk to come to for an interview, a set of 8 interviews or more with other employees pretending to be managers. So for one month or more she would be coming back and forth for the interviews. Only to be rejected by OP on the last interview ---- That would have been sweeter LOL!
