Funny story... I'm in Prescott and was shoveling the same snow he was (with the same shovel) and I tore several things in my elbow doing that. OK, not funny pers se.

You are just so, so cool. Your method of training and grinding out those hard bike workouts is super interesting and makes me want to experiment with that this year. As a female, I really think there’s something there for building fitness without getting injured.
