The biggest shout out to Paula Findlay & Eric Lagerstrom for letting me chase them around in water, on land, for challenging me every day, and making this one of the best months of training I have had in quite awhile....thank you Paula & Eric for letting me tag along🙏🏼❤️. OMG this was such a fun video!!! This is tied with the quarentinee videos! I train with a friend who is much faster on the run than me and visa versa on the bike and we have a ball training together because we just enjoy that time together. Today was our long run and after we had breakfast. Thank you for this video and showing how much fun it is training with a friend!

Ready to laugh at my Q for today? 😅 I just cannot convince my neighbor and main training partner, Sue to follow any pros (not even YOU!) because "she doesn't know them." So how about having a mini-training camp for your biggest fan/s in the off-season to help me convince her?!? Heather, Heather, Heather, you should not be doing "PP" Dallas PTO Prep training. : ( She is training for tempo Speed)., which will be to no avail against the True Top Collins Cup Ladies @ 100 km event, and Dat ain't gonna help you for Kona 140.6 distance unfortunately. I'm seeing tons of doubt in you Heather, change dat mindset, its pertinent to doing well at Kona, its only 5 weeks away! GG! All Da Best at Kona!!
