Today I tried finger millet / Ragi bread which is gluten free, vegan as well as super healthy.

Ingredients :-
1. Finger millet / Ragi flour -2 cup
2. Water -2 cup or according to the ragi flour
3. Oil - 2.5 tbsp
4. Dry yeast -1.5 tsp
5. Sweet potatoes -2-4 ( 1/2 cup )
6. Salt 1 tsp.
7. Sugar -1 tbsp
8. Psyllium Husk - 2 tbsp
9. Flex seeds -2 tbsp
