Ingredients :
220ml milk（鲜奶）
170g melted butter（溶化牛油）
170g caster sugar （细砂糖）
2 large eggs（鸡蛋）- grade A
1 tsp vanilla essence （香草精）
360g plain flour（普通面粉）
1 1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/2 tsp salt （盐）
120g raisins

將奶油切成小塊倒入玻璃杯中隔熱水融化然後再倒入大碗，為何不一開始就將整塊奶油放入大碗然後用微波爐加熱20至30秒即可呢？！🙄

Guess should be unsalted butter, as she also put 1/2 tsp salt. Hope it helps you
