Funny thing is, in an earlier draft of the Naruto manga that never got serialized, Sasuke wasn't a character. The reason why Sasuke was included was that someone told Kishimoto that Naruto needed a rival character. So there was almost a point where Naruto as a series would've included Sakura and NOT Sasuke, the latter of whom is *clearly* more deserving to be included (plus, look at just how much Sasuke influenced the series, imagine if fucking NONE of that was there. It would be SUCH a different series). Although... it *does* make me wonder what Sakura would've been like had she not been constantly wanting Sasuke's dick. Then again, she'd probably just punch Naruto more.

I say, they should have either had a hiatus after the pain arc, they could have really structured the world better or could have told Minato's/Young Kakashi's story, Itachi's story in a mini story filler. Also The 3 sannins young. Everything established with characters and the world. Then jump back into Naruto: Bond Revolution Where the events after pain kinda play out the same with a more intelligent yet goofy naruto nd a cold-hearted deadly but yet scared Sasuke.

Jokes aside, I do think that kishimoto should’ve made madara the final villain and he should’ve made the final arc better by making it consistently good by making it actually interesting. Shippuden in general was a disappointment, the war arc was a good idea to end the series on but it was handled so incredibly poorly

Yeah, I found this to be very odd as well. At times kinda painful to watch. Especially when they keep cutting and interrupting each other off every time they had a really good thought out point they wanted to say. Not only Nux, but Swagkage was kinda soft spoken in this as well and I think waited for Nux to finish his thoughts before he said something. What they were talking about was also very incoherent. It just felt like they were just talking about one aspect of this, then another aspect, then another, etc. kinda quickly because they both have different things they want to say and thus causing it to be incoherent and jarring and I bet both had a hard time trying to stick to the subjects from one another brought up. Nux’s lack of experience on visual literacy (no offense to Nux) compared to Swag also made their conversations jarring as well. It sounded as if (Swagkage especially) they felt kinda uncomfortable talking to one another because they didn’t know when to chime in at the right time. But I mean, this was the first time they have ever interacted with one another in a video. I bet next time they’ll try to interact better if Nux invites him again.

I was *cringing* when they would accedentally cut each off, and although i like disagreements between my favorite channels, they werent really "fleshed out" smoothly in this collab. And Swag DID sound uncomfortable asf! I feel like he kinda picked up on Nux's inexperience and took it easy. (NO offense Nux, im still watchin your videos, especially about Berserk) Maybe a bit of bullet points and rehearsal over hot topics before a collab would be a good start.

Dammn Deejay, I mean there were a few times they actually had a conversation (parts about Tsunade, Orochimaru, and the final battle about how the final battle defamiliarized the norm of Shonen anime) and those were my favorite parts of the video because they actually slowed down for a moment and listened to what they had to say. Kinda a shame that it was just a few times this happened, I think what Swag brought up and even Nux brought up could’ve been expanded into 30 minutes straight of them just talking about ONE subject that made each arc good. But they did say at the very beginning “no formalities” and it was very clear it was off-script. And on that case I think it was a good experiment for both talking to people who have different ways to approach shows even though they are talking about the same one. I’m honestly surprised they talked for so long. Anybody conversation like that even in my Film Literature Class would end in 10 minutes, maybe even less then that. Perhaps it really shows how good Naruto is, and can be analyzed in all sorts of levels. I do hope to see a Part 2 again, I would click on it no hesitations because this was kinda interesting despite the presentation being a bit wonky.

@shenron Yes people overlook the fact the Deva Path was not 100% and still basically beat Naruto. The intel he had going in helped him alot in that battle along with the support of Fukasaku and Shima Gamabunto etc. He even says later on Kuramas ramapage helped as well(being the only reason escaped planetary devastation). He won the battle in the end on his own but people like I said overlook the support he had. I still love that fight anyways so lol.

Yeah, I mean he had to consider Nux’s fast paced and enthusiastic personality. What they were talking about was also very incoherent as well. They just kept going to places if you know what I mean. It felt jarring as they kept trying to say what they thought as if trying to steal the spotlight away from the other. But I kinda liked it despite this, though first viewing was painful to watch.
