How could the kings man umbrella not be part of a crossover I mean it's obviously at worst a reference to The kings man with the umbrella acting almost identical to the umbrella shown in the movies so I don't understand how it's not a crossover.

One thing you missed with the Wolverine claws is that they healed you white health overtime. So you would basically have an infinite medkit if you weren’t in storm. (I don’t think I would put the claws higher though, but still.)

The chains of hades could also fish, so you could get heals and stuff quickly if you were near water

Good list but I definitely think nitro fists are way better than the kinetic blade for example since the fist can continuously attack players while the kinetic blade has a delay every time you attack

The fists themselves are still OP, infinite shockwave is pretty unbalanced. Buff the damage(cause gatekeeper and even combat are better in cqc dps), but force the charges to only be gained with Nitro itself and it'll recharge over 30 seconds under the effects of nitro.

Wolverines Claws actually saved my life during Fortnitemares: Midas’ Revenge. I had a whole army of ghosts chasing me and since l had the claws. I could actually gain distance and spam the midair attack wiping out all 22 ghosts. Yes exactly remember killing 22 ghosts using those claws.

You’re definitely underestimating the chains of hades, I understand you not having a place for it in your inventory but I literally won multiple games using only the chains and it didn’t even feel like a challenge (no it wasn’t bot lobbies) You could also pull people in who shockwaved, dashed, used wings, or were gliding, AND you could fish with it.

A solid list~ I feel like the rocket ram could have been included, but I do feel like it *does* lean more mobility than melee

There were a melee only LTM found in the files recently so I can't wait to use sone of these old ones. I personally think they should wait until marvel season to do it so they can have some collab mythics but they probably wont

Do you smoke before recording 😂 The Sideways Scythe gave you sprint before it was added and just was amazing for mobility, you could even use it to get a cheeky kill if you were skilled enough, especially the mythic. Definitely better than the regular pickaxe everyone has for the movement alone.

Personally, as a melee WEAPON the harvesting tool is the worst since the main purpose is to get material with it which doesn’t make it a better melee WEAPON. I would put the howler claws lower. I think it’s the second worst. The Wolverine claws were definelty the most overrated one by the fan base. I think the ODM Gear is the best one and the shockwave hammer is second

The scyte bieng the worst is wild bruh 💀 it was slow but if was a good weapon for farming cube monsters and from people running away and its special since it can go to mythic with cube parts so not a bad weapon like in the middle And it came back in Chapter 3 season 3 because i remember people using this weapon on animal and that was crazy

Honestly the nitro fists are still really fun to use post nerf, I've managed to get kills and get killed by it so it's still good and most importantly fun

You most likely won't see this, but the reason the Chain of Hades was so annoying last season for me is because the pull would stop whatever you were doing and in some cases for me, literally disable my ability to shoot for a short bit so you couldn't spray while the chain was still on your body Don't know if this bothered anyone else but I wanted to get that out

Fortnite is starting to get to scared so instead of making counters they nerf it into the ground or with the chains buff to much butt I think that the mobility without to long animation should be higher since it made you hard to hit or the chains because of the pull you can doge and pull off a high place but chains into a shot gun is broken.

I feel like the shockwave hammer got overated a bit because of the swinging animation leaving you so vulnerable plus the nerfs it got. The nitro fists definitely take the number 2 spot they have multiple attacks (ground slam, punch, knock back uppercut) plus the mobility. It’s the only melee item added to fortnite that you can consistently get kills with in any fight. Plus the knock back on the fists actually deals fall damage unlike the hammer.

I would put wolverine claws in my top ten weapons in general

i like the list a lot, but stats wise, the nitro fists are practically a straight upgrade to the kinetic blade. 4 charges instead of 3. faster dash initiation. melee attack dodges much more than the kinetic blade. pretty sure it does more damage too. feel they should be switched. so other than that, good list!

The chains of hades at the END of season2 were pretty OP.

I feel like if your making a melee weapon vid you should focus on the melee aspect then have that be boosted by a secondary ability, like i think the ODM gear should have been way higher because not only was its melee damage good, it also phased into builds and could be found anywhere (i think) and its secondary mobility was incredible and was honestly only passed by the web shooters plus it combos with the thunder spears. This could also go for other weapons here such as bringing the kinetic blade and wolverines claws/howler claws up and things like the nitro fists (post nerf) and the grapple blade down since theyre rly only utilized for mobility.

Well since you’re talking about melee weapons after nerf, infinity blade is one of the worst, you can try it in creative as well, the damage was heavily nerfed and the attack that soars you through the air makes you a sitting duck

Harvesting tool should be a little higher since it has the ability to damage people in cars
