Her husband was murdered by the British when he was praying in the temple. Queen Velunachiyar escaped and sought help from Hyder Ali. With the help of Hyder Ali's troops she recaptured her kingdom and avenged her husband's murder by killing the British commander responsible for her husband's murder. She knew five languages including Urdu and English.

@Unitednanjali for the start, it's not my community. That was hundreds of years ago. Secondly, how about your raja's being united. And defending india as one nation. But it was not the case. Also uthman empire was dismantled. Mughal expired was ended by English. I don't cry about that either. Telling a history fact is not defending. It's the nature of time. Maps will change every hundred years. Even today Ukraine is getting attacked. When the war ends. It will look different. Learn the difference between stating a fact and defending.

Garhwal Kingdom, Khas kingdom, Gorkha Kingdom are all the same. We should have created an ancient Himavat Khand the land of Shiva on top of Bharat Varsh. What makes us one is our Nath culture, followers of Shiva, the supreme lord. India is on the path to revive itself and hopefully Nepal will do the same. Long live Sanatan Dharma.

You didn't lose to Gorkhas- its a myth. Gorkhas werent so famous then- infact they were nothing infront of other kings. They are made famous by British. Gorkhas arr shudra sepoys, they are not even Kshatriya varna.
@sevenchakra5548
@sevenchakra5548 Жыл бұрын
@@vyoshen4563 Looks like you know nothing about Gurkhas. Gurkhas are people from hilly regions of Nepal. They are mainly Khas, Magars and Gurungs. They have nothing to do with Kshatrya or Sudra. That's your indian mindset rooted in discriminatory caste system. These nepaleses from hilly regions are brave, strong and due to Sanatan-Dharma believe in reincarnation thus making them fearless of death. You cannot beat them in hilly and mountainous areas. It is their playground. I suggest you to go to Kathmandu and climb some steps to reach a temple on top of a hill, you will see that even a 5 years old will pass you in a heart beat. There is a reason why Gurkha Battalions are stationed on hilly Kargil and not some sub-continent Indians.

@@sevenchakra5548 most of midieval indian king history has been not allowed to center stage first by British and then by far left politicians. But its coming out now. Research on Lalitaditya of Kashmir. As i said a real Kshatriya varna is like twice born and never ever works for another country army. Gorkhas are those sepoys anyone can hire. They are like security gaurds. Dont talk about Kshatriya varna- very little remaining now. Krishna made sure none would remain. Because real Kshatriya varna can defeat in very little time. This Ghora Kali Yuga, is meant for adharma, and dharma has single leg.

I hope one day you get to visit India and see where your great great grandfather came from. Many don't know but Punjab is the birthplace of Hinduism and The Vedas was written here as well as much of our early history. Hi brother, accept greetings from an Indian from the other side of the world (India). I recently came to know the richness of native Americans, their sufferings, and indigenous people of America and Mexico. We indigenous people have been looted, killed, and our culture destroyed by Europeans and Mughals, still we didn't choose the path of terrorism but to embrace to a possibility. Namashkar!! 🙏🙏

Mr. Proof og Development..how much money and wealth did the Islamic invaders and the British brought with them to Bharat?..They came to Bharat because it was wealthy..Even Taj Mahal is made from the wealth of Bharat.. If somebody breaks into your house, murders ur family, takes over ur wealth, destroys your house to make one for his liking- doesn't mean that the house belongs to him..it still yours both house and the money while he is still a murderer and a dacoit

fact: #FirstPhotograph was taken in #1826inFrance. The earliest known photographs in India were taken by #JohnMcCosh, a surgeon in the Bengal establishment of the #EastIndiaCompany's army, during the second #SikhWar in 1848-49. Moments in history were freezed to frame through paintings and other art forms until Photography became commercially popular and affordable.

The first practical details of todays photography were introduced to the world in 1839, a date generally accepted as the birth year of practical photography. Then from where do these -;in so much detail - come from which collection... Are they pai ted portraits.... Or visualisation done in today's time....

You are right. Only a very few photos we find. I feel if the Title is 'Rare Pictures & few Photos Of India since 1500', it would be more apt and relevant. But, undoubtedly, the paintings and other pictures are amazing and equally good as photos. Nay, few paintings even excel photos. That precision deserves every appreciation. V. GIRIPRASAD (68)
