Today's Note 👇 අද සටහන 👇 Mango trees are full of mangoes all over Sri Lanka these days. There are many ways to eat them before they are ripe. Two of these traditional methods have been presented in this video. The sour mango curry can be kept for two days and the sweet chutney can be eaten for two weeks. I request you to watch my old fashioned videos enjoying the beauty of the mountains where I live and the freedom of village life. As always, thank you very much for coming today. කජු වාරේ එරබදු මාසේ අවසන් වීගෙන එද්දි අඹ වාරේ මැයි මල් මාසේ උදාවෙලා. ඇහැල හුල්ං ඇවිත් අඹ හොල්ලන්න කලියෙන් ගස් පුරා බරට එල්ලිලා ඉන්න අඹ යාලුවන්ගෙ රස බලන්න මේ හොදම කාලෙ. අද ගොඩක් කෑම පැණිරසට ඉදුනට ඉස්සර නම් ඇඹුලටමයි මුල්තැන. දෙකට තුනට කැපෙන අඹ ගෙඩි කෑලි එහෙම් පිටින්ම දාලා මිරිස් තුනපහ යහමින් අඹරලා දාලා තෙලට පාටට හදන ඇඹුල් අඹ ව්‍යාංජනය දින කීපයක් කල් තියාගෙන රස බලන්න පුලුවන්. අවුරුදු කාලා ඇති වුනු කෑම අරුචිය යන්නත් එක්කම ඇඹුලට මුල්තැන දෙන එක නම් වටී. ඇඹුලට නොදෙවෙනි පැණි අඹ චට්නිය නම් සතියක් දෙකක් කුස්සියේ අමතර ව්‍යාංජනයක් විදියට තියාගන්න පුලුවන් පැණිරසට හොදට ගැලපෙන්න ගම්මිරිස් ඇට එක් කරමින් කලවම් වෙන රසවත් චට්නියක සුවදටත් කෑම රුචිය වැඩි වෙනවා.. ඉතිං අදත් අඹවාරේ නිදහස් හවසකට පැලට ගොඩවෙන්න.. නිදහසේ .. කදුකරයේ හවසක අසිරිය විදින ගමන් ඒ නිදහස අපූරුවට විදපු ඉස්සර කාලෙ මැණිකෙලව සිහි කරගෙනම...
