@@jaydenposch-ro2jk on some mice you can experience slam click, which is a click that happens when you slam the mouse on the mousepad. Why would anyone slam their mouse? Well, when someone is on a fast paced shooter, lifting and putting down their mouse really fast, it can happen. This is fixed by raising the debounce time of the clicks. This used to happen to me on my MM712, which has optical switches, but I learned to control better the way I move my mouse, so that I am able to use the lowest debounce time setting without problem. But I have yet to experience, or hear about someone else experiencing double clicking on optical switches.

Used this mouse for 2 years now heading onto 2024. Nothing is wrong with the mouse completely normal just having a software issue either on the synaps or windows 11. So since o bought a new pc Pressing the button mouse button 4/5 (side buttons) and left/right click button it alt tabs me out of the game every 5 minutes or so and it’s really annoying. Has anyone had this issue with a new computer and wondering how to fix it? I don’t know how to fix this issue and looking for help. Otherwise the v2 is worth a buy!

Loved this mouse. Regret selling it as I wanted to try other shapes. The only bad thing I can say was that the palm part was abit too rough for my delicate hands😅

I actually got mine day one release at bestbuy. Only issue I had since day one was scroll wheel goes opposite way when I scroll fast. But durability is 100 percent good since that issue is present since the first day. I think they just do that 🤷‍♂️.

@@ZXTech how long did it take razer to send you the replacement dongle? and did you have to mail them anything? just got my v2 pro and the dongle isn't working lol.

@@eeeFlowwjust bought one myself and it didn’t work wirelessly out of the box. After doing some research you have to download the firmware updater for your specific mouse and update the dongle through that. In my case, the dongle was corrupted or something and my PC wasn’t recognizing it at all so I had to return it and get a brand new mouse and I did the firmware update right out of the box. I guess their dongles are sold without the update lol

@@ReidCallum11 ah. bought mine used so the dongle was maybe bricked from previous user or just fucked stock. either way, got the replacement dongle from razer and bought the hyperpolling dongle and they both work w the mouse now 👍

I plug the usb dongle into pc after a couple of minutes it stops working and I have to put the charging cord in to make it work Anyone else had this issue?

@@scorpion42985 No sadly :( I’m pretty sure the usb dongle gets destroyed when u plug it in the pc but doesn’t get destroyed in the Usb dongle adapter

My Right click sounds a bit higher pitched than my Left click. They feel identical tho.

Have used 3 units and on 4th right now. Shit mouse because of it's scroll wheel encoder. Scroll wheel jumps A LOT. Same with superlight and many other mice I have used but the entire Viper series has it in most of their units. Idk why no one is talking about it. What's the point of optical switches if your scroll wheel starts jumping in a few months! I found Cooler master mm730 for mysef. Weird shape for me but at least it has both optical switches and optical scroll wheel encoder and it's 48g in weight!!

@@ZXTech You are vey lucky then. Razer told me it can be because of dust too so I should try blowing air in it. I did and it actually worked for a few hours, then mins then it also stopped working. And my room is extremely clean to the point that I can't even handle a little bit of dust. Had logitech g502 before. Lasted 4 years and then switches started double clicking. If only the new g502x had metal scroll wheel. Anyways. MM730 is my new main now 🙂
