I feel as though listening to this made me regress to the little child who lied all the time (looking back, I understand why) ... it hurts my stomach and gives me the pain in my fingers that signals a depressive episode. If anyone experiences the fingers thing, please reply to this comment. I've never been able to find any reference to this phenomenon. Shooting pain to the fingers

That finger thing sounds crazy. Do you take any Rx today? I wonder if a Rx is causing that.

@@JT0007 It has been with me all of my life that I can remember, way before I discovered antidepressants.

Have you read "the body keeps the score" and/or "when the body says no"? Those can help connect the dots to the pain. Our body will "scream" expressed in psychosomatic ways. It is a reminder to deal with, process, address something. I hope you have ways to support your HPA axis, and regulate your nervous system daily. That can help calm that so, so much. Also, reparenting exercises are powerful. I wish you deep healing and peace 💫

Numbing and twinkling sensation on feet and fingers? Maybe the blood rushes back to the heart, to get it ready for the perceived imminent pain. Relax and pray❤

This was a valuable tool for me, for so long I lied for no reason just because it came from childhood

Thank you 🙏🏽. This one really messed me up. While the previous videos made me realise how much I’ve betrayed myself, this one just went in! Lord have mercy!

I raised my son alone. No family on my side was even remotely interested. When my son began to speak at 2 he was already lying. I kid you not. At first we laughed. How adorable, my babysitter claimed! I was in deep trouble with my son, but I didn't know it yet. He's now 37 and he's still.lying to me. Alot of people lie to me. Even today.
