It's ok to leak water from your eyes. That's what my g'daughter called it when she was a very sm person. But my question is who doesn't tear up when you listen to Dimash, you automatically get the goosebumps then your eyes are leaking. You're amongst family & we understand completely. It continues to happen to me even after 7 yrs(I'm 71)being a dear. Pure love & respect for this gentle, kind & a old soul gentleman. Dimash is using Sprechgesang vocal style for this song. This is an operatic slow speak singing style developed by the germans that did some crossover into contempary music in the 1960's. Love is like a Dream is a very popular choice among the Dears and many cry or tear up. I honestly believe that one of the biggest differences between non-Dears and those that become Dears is a capacity for empathy and love. Hello, with Dimash there is NO right or wrong version. They are all great and impressive. It doesn't really matter which one it is, even if requested by a Dear, we have seen all of them. This is a very talented young man and also a kind, humble, generous and loving person, with very high standards. Love Is Like A Dream was written by Igor Krutoy (the man on the piano) for he Russian singer Alla Pugacheva in 1994. Dimash sings it totally differently. And in my opinion much more beautiful. I have many Dimash songs that I consider favorites and I can't decide which one is better. However, I can say with certainty this one song is my absolute favorite song. Love Of Tired Swans. It wasn't until I started listening to Dimash that I realized how incredibly beautiful songs are in Russian. Unfortunately it is also a very difficult language, at least for me. Love Of Tired Swans is also a song written by Igor Krutoy, although Lara Fabian sang it for the first time.
