I am planning on selling my home by owner and this video did not convince me not to do so. I am still convinced I would save more by myself. I would block someone if I said no and they kept bothering me. I would be more responsive for someone to say OK I understand you don't want me to list and I understand there is a concern with commission, so what if I guided you with some of the heavier harder aspects and we can negotiated a different commission. To me, some is better than none.

Statistically speaking often time FSBO get 15% under market value. 85% are not successful in selling their home. As a Realtor we never show FSBO hard to deal with. That is a shame you eliminate 90% of the buyers. Another thing a realtor is your mediator keeps your emotions out of it that can effect the transactions. Anyway good luck hope you are one the 15% that are successful.
