It's refreshing to see some of the freedom you have with the "Neisha Diet"! :) Thanks for sharing this, it also helped me to understand that I don't HAVE to be so darned strict if I can tolerate some of the things while trying to keep it clean - e.g. stevia once in a while, a splash of cream in my coffee, clean sauces, etc.! I was 40&42 my last 2 babies I’ve been hypo since my 1st birth at not quite 19. Pg just destroyed me and I did it 5x 🤔 (bad hyperemesis gravidarum also) Of course I didn’t know I was hypo till a yr or so before my last babies & nobody will treat for it so got no help.

I loved this entire video. When Bonnie puts her head back in the highchair, it reminded me of when my daugther used to do that. And then seing Ken and her at the end was priceless! So sweet. 😂❤ He is such a hoot. Great inspiration . Simple . I am a sauce addict. These inspire me to try other things as well. Not sure if you have an HEB, but JANK - bbq sauce is one I found recently. Make sure it says" Goodness". (No sugar version)Clean ingredients. Have someone mail you one if no HEB . Best bbq I found to date. I keep a few G Hughs on hand to keep me from going back to my past dipping addictions lol Great video.😊 You all look and seem to feel amazing. That's what counts.

Omg Neisha! Stop 😍 I made shrimp burgers similarly when I broke my fast just now. The idea of melting butter with my hot sauce hit my brain and it was so worth it! I put a pound of shrimp peeled and deveined in a food processor with Parmesan Romano, an egg and some carnivore crisp organ flour and it was chefs kiss! I love watching your vlogs 🥰
