🎶 I’m a big mug girl living in a small mug world ☕️ 🎶 My sisters and I all took sign language so that’s how we speak in front of our family when we are talking about them. They love it 😂 Also: Your Mom: Don’t tell them what it means... 2 seconds later: Lets make a whole vlog to teach them . 🤣❤

Nuffield is totally worth it, I am glad you did it!! I was talking to my partner about this the other day saying that our david lloyd memberships will need renewing from jan and knowing the price increases it will probably be double of what it is now 😂 but it’s still worth it! Going to the gym, getting a good workout and then going for a relaxing swim after is priceless. Feeling good is priceless 🎉

Haha-I was literally watching one of your recent videos when I saw the notification pop up across my screen for this video. Awww I love your vlogs, and I love that they’re long!! And I love that you just posted a new one! Also, had to pause while watching and leave a quick comment because I’m at the part at with your clarification about who gave you the colonoscopy LOL! Ps would love to see a whole updated apartment tour, including a nosey drawer, fridge bathroom whatever else tour you feel like showing. I don’t know why but I loveee them🤗

Yeah...my weekly fix! hello Lauren. I just love your room, I live in a bungalow, if you've ever get to watch my vids I need to paint EVERY ROOM and looking at your room, it inspired me to go White with beautiful green plants so yes yes yes, studio tour!! I love Nuffield Gym, I too am a member of the Norwich one. If anyone verbally abuses you, ITS THEIR PROBLEM NOT YOURS LAUREN, they are the one with the perfect lives...NOT! so yes let it go... you are doing this for yourself not for them! whoohoo well done for getting in the pool!! I am reading Fast, Feast, Repeat at the moment, amazing book. I have ADD so it takes me forever to read a book. Your mum is so lovely. Shes definitely not camera shy, like my mum. wish I could speak another language....Have a great week look forward to the next instalment x

I know what you mean about anxiety, I moaned to my boss that I am not able to go to the christmas work do as I am working and dont have time off left to take it as annual leave and now he is basically saying I can go and now my anxiety is making me not want to go!!!!! xxx

The Secret History! One of my all time favorite books! I've read it 10 times at least. Tartt's The Goldfinch is good, too, but not as good as The Secret History.

Loving that the last section of this video is time stamped as ‘murdered in a lift’ 😂 I’m so fussy about mugs. I have a massive one (holds a pint) for tea and then different ones for decaf and coffee. My partner genuinely thinks I’m quite mad.

Quick tip for teaching the secret lingo on your next vlog - I learned by pronouncing all letters of the alphabet especially "w" - how many syllables can one letter have!

My husband and I speak "Chinese Latin" in front of our children. Our oldest is 14 and still hasn't figured it out. 😆 Basically you spell out each word and add ing or ong to the end of each letter that is not a vowel. For example: Hello Lauren would be- Hong E Long Long O Long A U Rong E Nong The more you do it, the better you get. It's actually kinda fun, especially when no one knows what you're saying. 😁

I've replayed Lauren and Mums language bit ten times and the only word I understand is when Lauren said hallo becomes havooga lovooga because Mum said u put Vooga in the centre of the words.But when I replayed their weather convo 50 times I just couldn't hear more than one or two voogas so I ended up completely baffled. its a pity cos I'd love to speak it. but the one u & hubby speak sounds MUCH easier to comprehend! I actually think I understand it! (even tho im not the brightest bulb on the xmas tree😂) So when u said LAUREN would be said as Long A U Rong E Nong...you actually SAY the vowels don't u? you verbalise all of it, is that right? So can u tell me please if I get this right? I Song Nong Tong Long A U Rong E Nong Song Jong U Song Tong Tong Hong E Bong E Song Tong Vong Long O Gong Vong I Dong E O? 🤣Im dead set peeing myself laughing here😂 PLEASE can u tell me did I get that right?🤣

My father would speak Pig Latin to me. It’s where you take the first letter off a word, make it last and add ay. My name would be Orilay. I never got the hang of it.
