I’m level 65 now and I just can’t be bothered sitting there waiting for the timer to go down when I could be doing something more interesting. I don’t mind not making the extra 0.1 gold.

One thing I notice with beginners is how they almost never clean their weapons but complain how their accuracy, damage, range, etc. feels inconsistent. Keep at least 3-5 canisters of gun oil at all times.

Low levels awalys try to mess with you for no reason and when you kill them they leave and they'll say you killed them first.

I got this game 2 years ago with a 50 doller gift card so i spent it on red dead and i gold plated my starter guns that was the worst noob mistake

Also whenever your new dont meas with high levels I did this and I literally had to leave the session because it was just headshot after headshot

My biggest mistake was not resetting the awards ... Fucking discovered that after 200 hours.... Goddamn it

#2 Defensive mode - really came in handy for me the other night. A couple griefers stole my horse, ran it off a cliff and shot it to death. I checked to make sure I had defensive mode on, and immediately killed one of their horses. They tried to fight back, but I kept running, diving, and crouching around trees and foliage. They couldn't get a hit on me, but I kept killing them. I killed them so many times, they eventually got away and never bothered me again.

I am a level 80 and I didn't even knew about the reseting reward. Thanks man. 👍

Fun fact: When you rejoin the game, your pinned challenges magically unpin themselfs.

Something that should be on the list is not upgrading, and personalizing the ability cards for your play style. A lot of my friends that are around lvl 30-60 isn’t really changing & upgrading their ability cards and therefore they find themselves on the losing side of most PvP fights.

A litte tips for bounty hunter,actually there is a hidden time, when you start the bounty mission actually the time is running so be sure you use timer on your phone or something when the mission start,usually the missions will get time remaining after 15 minutes , be sure you near the bounty location when the time remaining start but dont trigger the time missions,just wait untill 1 mnt left or 30 sec left then trigger the time missions ,max gold you earn will 0.44, like 20-30 minutes missions

The only channel I've seen (so far) that actualy says yes to defensive mode, and my god, is that true. And even funnier, most channels I see people laughing at defensive mode users, just to say right after that "give us free aim lobbies". We've had them for about 1 year, it's called defensive mode...

I wish the daily challenge multiplier when you hit 28 doesn't reset when you miss one day. I missed one day cause my power was out and it took it all away😪

I am not into online stuff at ALL, but thought I could maybe muck about, get a couple of trophies etc. In the 3 hours I've played I've: 1. Got excited that at least my girl doesn't look like a member of the Butcher's Creek community!!! 2. Sat at camp wondering what to do & where the hell did my horse disappear to? 3. Picked a ton of herbs XD 4. Shot a few animals. Thankfully some wolves attacked me so I got some big game meat! 5. Hid behind a rock when I finally saw another player, scared they'd attack me XD (yes, I'm a massive baby!) 6. Cleaned my guns, rode about, sold skins to the butcher, perused and pondered. Utterly confused lol I think I want to be a Collector first, as I'm focused on PVE & PVP terrifies me!

All good advice except for number 2. 2 missions usually reward more gold, money, and exp that a single mission does even when factoring in waiting down the clock. It's why I always tell players to get the missions done as quickly as possible unless there is only a minute left then it's worth waiting the extra 30 seconds.

for the bow head shot challenge go to thieves landing head shot them all with PIB, pick up the arrows and then respawn all the npc's will respawn (repeat until you've maxed it)

The whole wait longer to get payed more doesn't make since to me you think they would pay more the quicker you are

Today was a great day for daily challenges! Usually I finish about 4 or 5 a day whereas today I did close to 15 I think.

I was at 68 days of streak, and I forgot one day lol... I have to build it up again now, but its worth it.

Great advice for players who forget basic things lol. My daily streak is @ 332 days as of yesterday. Pretty much only do the easy ones done within twenty minutes.

I've heard you don't have to pay to start the collector role if you get a complete deck to turn in, is this still true as of late Dec 2020?

every week they do the use collecter map challenge so i have some just for that and to find nazam fast too.

Tip: Learn where the jewlery is and when you pass by again stop and check. It adds up. Tip 2: when taking out a moonshine roadblock there will be a grey wagon with a lockbox in its bed. Inside is a $5 Gold watch, 1 moonshine, 1 cocaine gun and regular revolver ammo (iirc). Tip 3: just west of van horn is an abandoned fort. In the basement is all kinds of Express ammo. Basement entrance in ground level shack.

This pass rn does NOT give back the 40 gold form what I can tell. It says that you can earn up to 30 but it costs 40

Too bad the challenges sometimes glitch and you can't reset them the actual number of times, for example, my rifle headshot challenge got stuck after I reset it the 3rd time instead being able to reset it 10 times...

Quick tip: On the 10th time resetting a challenge you don't get the .4 gold though

I feel like playing RDR2 Online more but I want to 100% story mode before I actually play. But I just want to do what's more fun for me so I'll try grinding in online.
