Reduce "Face Fat"

As far as we currently know, we can't spot reduce fat through exercise.
However, we may be able to "tone" our face by adding some muscle with isometric neck workouts.
Contrary to popular belief, isometrics CAN build muscle.
In addition, your "fat" in your face may come from bloating or swelling.
This may result from low-grade allergic reactions to foods in your diet.
It may also come as a side-effect to some drugs and/or prescription medicines.
There are also some anecdotal herbal remedies that you can try, if you wish.
Chubby cheeks ARE adorable, though. So don't get too carried away pursuing a chiseled face. Learn to love yourself!

Humans have fat for a reason, it's crucial and vital and we need it to survive, it really does serve a purpose. Of course, extra fat isn't very appreciated, but like medicine, the moderate amount is healing, the excess is killing. Regarding the chubby cheeks, how is that even a flaw? Everyone is beautiful in their own way. We should stop perceiving our bodies as designs of characters in a game. We're alive and extremely complex, our bodies do so much for us. Imagine hating your mom or friend or your cat for having slightly bigger face than you'd prefer. It's absurd!

I love this guy's work so much. Compassionate and informative. Can confirm too as a longterm chubby face girlie who used to look up so many tips for this, the most effective thing for it was literally just stay hydrated, and age. Like, approached my mid 20s, maintained the same weight through normal activity, and actually saw some smooth cheekbones for the first time, in a healthy, youthful but defined way. It's ok to age and have your body change as your mind and personality keeps growing, it even comes with benefits. Beauty standards are all subjective anyway, and chubby cheeks too, are really cute.

I am loving this dudes energy, like he has been in the group for years and knows a shit ton. He is the quiet one but when someone needs something explained he jumps into action with this same.level of energy and surprises everyonw for going back to the low energy /power saving mode.

Most people have too much salt in their diet and too much salt can cause you retain water like a sponge. Reduce your intake as a lot of processed foot contains high salt to preserve self life. Potassium acts as a counter to salt so you can add a small amount of cream of tar tar to a glass of water which is just a cooking ingredient that is potassium and can help remove water weight and puffiness in the body. P.s you can have too much potassium in diet too so research prior to ensure you are safe. 👍
