doing this for 2 weeks! remind me so i dont forget to update!💗 • 171cm (5’7 1/2) • 60kg (132lbs) goal weight: 55kg (121lbs) day 1: my legs were SHAKING at the end, at first i could barely walk. Could really feel it on the outer thighs! day 2: the hip area really hurt, no visible changes yet, but pretty motivated!💗 day 3: took a rest day! day4: my birthday! didnt to it!🎉 day 5: at the leg circles, legs were shaking! no visible changes yet, maybe bc i took a break! but i will keep doing it, so i can look good in thight dresses! day 6: i think im seeing really small changes? also really felt it on outer thighs! day 7: did it day 8: one week complete! seeing some changess!! also i weight 58,6kg!! ( after eating ) i will keep going until im happy with my results!💞 day 9: did it!! im literally so happy that im starting to see visible changes and its motivating me sooo muchh!❤️

This is the BEST workout I have done, nothing fast that takes a special degree to follow lol. Speaking as someone who is disabled and finds it hard to keep up, the countdown for each exercise and showing the upcoming exercise is so much appreciated. I see a difference in my legs and look forward to doing these exercises. Thank you for this video and taking the time out to do it for us.

Thank you so much! ♥♥This is exactly what I needed. It was so hard that I'm not sure those muscles have ever been worked this hard before. Currently, I'm unable to properly do the exercise where you have to stretch and lift your leg, but hopefully I'll be able to do it in a few days. 💪💪

Doing this until I am happy with myself?? I am 16 years old, 156cm and I weigh 67kg , I feel very fat and its become so bad that I cant look myself in the mirror bcs I feel insanly ugly (tips to loose weight are appreciated btw!!) Despite everything I found the motivation to do these exercises!! Thank you so much mizi!!💗 Day 1 ✅ this was harder then expected but I finished it!! I had a few troubles but thats all!! I hope tommorow wil go a bit more smoother! Day 2 ✅ completed without taking a break yay!! Still had some troubles with the leg circles but I didn't give up! It hurts a bit but Im fine! Day 3 ✅ ngl today I had a bit more troubles than yesterday :(( I took a few very small breaks aswell, but!! I still finished it !! I also stepped up my game a bit more and did 10 000 steps today! Day 4 ✅ ngl I am still struggling with this workout....but! I finished it and I also did 12 000 steps today! Day 5 ✅ did my workout at 1AM but!! In the end that means I still did it😂 wasn't able to reach above 10 000 steps today bcs I had school (I did have p.e. today so I guess that can count as a replacement) Didn't do it today 🙁 I have exams and im super tired and stressed Day 6 ✅picked it up again! Went great 🔥 Day 7 ✅👍👍 Day 8 ✅ tommorow Im starting my exams...😞😞today went great tho!! Lot smoother than the first day! Day 9 ✅ I think I see a difference?? Went great tho💗 Day 10 ✅👍 Im just glad im not giving up on this Day 11 ✅ missed a few days bcs of exams but I got this!! Somehow one side is always harder to do then the other one😅 Day 12 ✅ ALMOST DONE WOOHOO!!! Day 13 ✅ FINISHED MY EXAMS TODAY YAY!!🎉 DAY 14!!!✅✅✅✅✅ GUYS I DID IT!!! im so proud of myself!!😢after finishing it completely im definitly seeing a difference!! Not only that but I was also able to bring my weight down to 63kg!!! Ill keep doing mizis exercises because they really help!!

Tips to lose weight: - be cautious which influencers you listen too for advice - the thing that brought down my weight was: (a) not eating refined sugar or bad fats (b) I stopped eating when I was full (c) stopped eating out of boredom (d) when I craved sweet/unhealthy things I ate a proportional amount (balance is very important) (e) atleast 6k steps a day and some workouts like this one (d) gave myself breaks (3 days a week) bc you can overwork your muscles and that’ll stop the workouts effectiveness (e) did only workouts I enjoyed, this is super important because if you do workouts that make you dread working out your bound to stop working out - This is what helped me lose around 25 pounds/12kilos!! - remember hormone spikes play role in making you fatter sometimes so it’s completely normal to gain weight between 12-17 💞💞

@@kritiiikaaa I did this workout and I walked almost everyday (5000-10000 steps) sometimes I just did like some arm workouts but that wasn't really regular, I also just tried eating a bit more healthy, hope this helped!🫶

This was SO HARD and I do Pilates and yoga frequently. Apparently I’m not working my outer thighs. The burn was for real, couldn’t do all the moves in both sides.

Ok guys I’m going to keep you guys posted for motivation: weight: 49kg leg size:53cm goal 44kg leg size 50 Day 1: I just started. Ive done this workout before but I’ve given up every single time. I’m confident enough that I will reach my goal this time. I need a nice summer body.I just need to lose a bit of fat on my thighs and then ill be happyyy. But for that i need to reach my goal. The workout was very hard at the beginning but then it got easier for me. I took a few breaks in between because it burned my legs so much! Reply so i dont forget!❤ Day 2:

Mayb it's your diet? U should eat well and avoid sugar intake ... shift to honey n green tea in morning or evening ... and mayb black coffee once in a while Limit out carbs intake like eating rice once in 2 dayz that too boiled not cooker cooked... have Jowar or bhajra instead of wheat chapati Drink a lot of water ... if u crave smth drink water instead Do not starve ... keep yo body moving ... n take in more pulses n proteins n veggies

I go to the gym, and I wanted to incorporate this. Updating each time I do these: Day 1: this pain is sooo different, couldn't finish all seconds Day 2: Decent, I got used to the movements and its a bit easier to finish. I feel a bit more toned and my legs feel different, in a good way.

HI mizi ... in August challenge, for todays video was standing legs low impact workout, but i did this instead of that cuz i like lying down more it is knee friendly ...im young but already have arthritis of the knee so i always look for knee friendly exercise and i guess this is it. and i felt it in my hip muscle i dont know the exact name but i guess it was in the gluteus muscle. hope i am feeling it right.. and today being the first day ..i was struggling. my thighs are heavy i realized it.. but i am not giving up.. thank you for amazing workouts..

Hi, I leave my comments here for more motivations - weight: 62 kg - height: 1.71 m - I am wearing braces, so my diet is quite different from the usual and mostly no snacks - I also do some ab workout before (about 10min) and stretch (15min) after this one - I was used to doing exercise for over 3 years but not too intense workout and not regular and had a pause since last June, I’ve just come back - Today (6/6/2024) is actually day 4-5: did it Day 6: ✅ a bit tired due to meetings and work but still did it because of my health and flexibility Day 7: ✅ morning June 8th - did it Day 8: ✅ intended to quit but still did it Day 9: ✅ did it - morning Day 10: yesterday ❌ too tired and lazy 😅 Day 11: ‼️ will do it -> did it ✅ Day 12: did it ✅ Day 13: will do it ‼️-> did it ✅ If u want to quit, stop, think about what you aim, for losing weight, being healthier or whatever Try to do it, you’ll feel it is worth it afterwards Day 14: did it ✅ Day 15: ❌ quit it because I traveled all day Day 16: did it ✅ Day 17: quit it ❌ but still do some stretches Day 18: quit it ❌ it is time of the month -> too lazy (I am often tired and craving for food for some first days) You can quit -> don't force yourselves if you are too tired Day 19: quit it ❌ lazy and still tired Day 20: I feel okay today -> will do it ‼-> did it ✅ I have a big-boned body structure, I don't care much about my weight, because it never seems to be under 58. But these exercises make me toned and my muscles less painful. I'm happy 😊 Day 21: did it ✅ Day 22: ✅ done Day 23: ✅done Day 24: did it ✅ Day 25: did it ✅ Day 26: cheat day Day 27: did it Day 28: did it - it doesn't change much despite adding some other exercises but I know it because my thighs are so stubborn ^_^ Day 29: did it Day 30: did it Day 31: quit because I’m busy Day 32: done Day 33: done Day 34: done Day 35: done I have changed into a more challenging workout. anyway, this works well. Keep it going!

I am going to try this today onwards cause no one did this challenge completely.(2024/06/26)i already started do exercises from last week (apologies my English is not good) Weight -77.5kg(without eating) Height-168cm 2024/06/26 :i did it i feel sore 🥹🥹🥲i did this according to this video time period .didn't take longer break throughout this exercise time.

I'm going do this with few other workouts. Day 1 night:✅ it was soo hard for me Day 2 morning:✅ this was much better Day 2 night:✅ My thighs were soo sore but i still some how managed to do this lol Day 3:❌ today I will take a day off as I told you my legs were sore and I'm going to follow mizi's advice!! Day 4 morning:done✅ today was harder I don't know why tho Day 4 night ✅ I'm seeing few like little changes Day 5-❌ rest day Day-6 morning -✅ Day 6 night -✅ Day 7 morning -done Day- 7_ Night- rest Day 8- Morning- done Day 8 Night-done

You have to stay consistent. If you feel tired. Rest 1-2 days for proper recovery of your body. Remember its a long game 🥰
