Chokeberries are believed to have protective effects on the liver, as well as helping to reduce stomach disorders. Antioxidants and other chemicals from Chokeberries might help to protect blood vessels and the heart, and to kill cancer cells.

I would be very careful with how much sugar you put in. It's a fast track to insulin resistance, heart disease & fatty liver. Liquid fructose is no joke, and cancels out any aronia benefit

Hola compi nunca fui un gran fan de las aronias,su fruto me sabia areno, astringente y acido, pero hace poco , comi frutos de una variedad nueva, que eran absolutamente deliciosos, mucho mas grandes y productiva no se el nombre de esta variedad de aronia pero intentare reproducirla , en investigar mas sobre ella por que merece la pena :)

I understood that combo of elderberry and Aronia berries was a very high mixture of polyphenols-especially as a heart medicine… correct me if I heard wrong? Thanks. I already bought elderberry and echinacea “tincture” I take 2 droperfulls each day..please share how much sugar & water.. I use Zylitol instead sugar…

When aronia is boiled, doesn't a great loss of minerals and vitamins, especially anthocyanin, occur?

Hello "OFCC",,1/4cup juice,3/4cup vodka and some ice.,,just like i do it too. lol. Do You have a Pet Bird or just great audio? the bird chirping wanted some berries too. And,for Sure,,Nice Basket and Cool Colored Pruners. Super Nice garden🌹Thank For Sharing AND You didnt want stained hands🤪 neon green fingernail polish will look good✌🏼
