Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- A few leaves of lettuce, chopped
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, green chillies, and coriander.
2. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.
4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
6. Serve immediately.
