The relation between Catalonia and Kurdistan was for many people revealed since both communities had their independence referendum in the same year, 2017.
The concrete relation between the two is in fact new, but there is much more to discuss when looking at the similarities between the two people who share more than just the will of claiming their own homeland.

Some people considere the area of catalonia bigger. They incloud in the aouth of area marked in the video valencia. In the west franja de ponent and in the north, in the french state, north catalonia, with the city o perpignan. Also a city in the italian island of cerdenya, l alguer. They include all of this called paissos catalans ( catalan countries) beaucause there are some people there that talk catalan. But a minor.

In the civil wars we haved the nationalists and catholics spanish fascists of franco in one side. In the other sometimes together some times no, they fighted between them, we have: democrats, anarchist, comunist, republican, catalan nacionalist (independentist and not) same for basques, galician and other peoples and nations of iberian peninsula. Also we have foregein people from all over the world and all kind of ideologies.

Catalonia is bilingual. Brussels doesn' t want Catalan independance. The r'efendum' was illegal. Even so, not alll Catalans voted in this 'referendum'. Puigdemont fled hidden in a car boot whilst his fellow rebels where arrested and tried he has not been put on trial and is currenlty a fugitive from justice. iS kURDISTAN ALSO THE SAME?

@Alan There is no kurdistan you are talking about Historically, Armenians are the regions where Arabs, Turks, Syrians and various Iranic societies lived. Many of them are still there today.

There is no Kurdistan in Armenia unless you mean the thousands of former Armenian villages in eastern Turkey now populated with Kurds.
