It's weird to encourage learners to use uncommon kurdish words over more common arabic ones. A lot of us learning sorani already know arabic so it's easier for us to use loan words and it would be really awkward to talk to a Kurd and say kesha for example and they might not understand it. You could encourage kurds to use more kurdish words, but for learners teach us the most common words as we want to communicate above anything else. Additionally I'm not even sure if some of these are correct, Maktab isn't arabic for school, that's madrasa. And qutabxana seems to be the most common and "official" word in hawler at least
