This is a gentle, full body warm down (cool down) routine with both traditional and yoga style poses, brought to you by AquaFIIT coach Stacy. Using a variety of deep static stretches, we will lengthen the body, release tension, improve flexibility, and help you to relax. A great stretch on it's own or after a pool workout.
This is a slow moving stretch routine. Please use after a workout or in a pool that is warm.
We will be using a noodle to help deepen our stretches. A wall can be used for balance support.
