golden advice, some of us might not know where all those joints and muscles are, could be good to have a simple model in top right that lights up in red the particular sections you talk about. thanks.

Hey Dr. Mandel Good to see you. Everyone of ur exercises have been a true blessing for me. But my favorite one was the breathing for ur abs.. And it works instead of laying down on the floor.

Great video. Suffering from this. Trying to do as much as I can until I get better. Did this over the weekend, really helped with back hip and leg pain. Cannot do the stomach fully yet. I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back.I can't do these exercises, it's painful. Alot of other exercises that you have shown, I can do.

Ditto. Same here. I thought when I saw this, there's no way I can do that. I've had 3 back surgeries and I'm fused from a little above the middle of my back all the way down to my lower back.

For some reason this exercise causes my lumbar spine to feel like it’s “breaking”. I have an anterior pelvic tilt that’s not improved much with chiropractic care, and a tight pelvic floor which doctors surmise is causing SI and piriformis pain. What would you suggest be my starting point toward healing?

You can try this with posterior pelvic tilt, means try to press your public bone down and Not to increase your lower back arch......

Do you know of a connection between these exercises and Epidymitis? I've suffered from this going on 5 years with 2 Urologists not knowing what else to do, but one was considering sending me to physical therapy for these exercises. Lost my insurance before it😢 happened.😢

Good idea, but I can’t get down on the floor let alone get back up! So what can I do?

Many watching prob can’t. Can do on firm mattress. But avoid with any low back disk or stenosis issue. Should be in video. Easier sit on chair or better toilet with feet bit more then hip width apart on stool 7-9 inches high - get knees higher then hips. Rest arms on legs. Relax and breathe into pelvis for a few min or breaths but only while still comfortable. Obv adjust position as needed. Don’t do when you need to go to bathroom only after or in btw. Google squatty potty for ideas of stools. Can also search hypotonic pelvic floor on YT. Be patient and keep it simple. It takes time.

Doc 30 yrs ago a doctor was a know it all and because he wouldn't listen to me I suffer with pain all day everyday from a purposeful break to my pelvis my son was stuck we were fighting together to get him out. It was physically impossible because I went in on my due date I was gigantic and begged for C-section made to carry him two more weeks at a pd a week. I was informed that I'd be in wheelchair at 40 I'm 56 and I'm in so much pain that it's do I save what I may have left or go till I can't bone on bone deterioration I'm left with this because of an ignorant man named sean

Can a tummy tuck eventually affect the pelvic floor? I had one 12 years ago and about 3 or so years ago I developed a tight pelvic floor.

I sometimes have the same issue. And sometimes I poop normal. I also have urinary problems. I get dribble when I am done urinating along with frequency and sometimes weak stream and have to strain. It went aways for 2 weeks but once I started to run the issue started again. Idk If i have pelvic floor dysfunction or Pudendal neuralgia. My symptoms started in May 20th 2023. Felt really horrible until June 10th was when Symptoms started to improve. I think all my issues started because of always sitting and stress since I am a college student. Then around April i did heavy lifting and many excercise and i guess that weaken my pelvic floor

Would my grandfather still be able to this? He's 88. EDIT: you said regardless of age! His big ass is stuck on the floor, what do I do now? I seen your video about sinuses and how to clear them out but I don't think you covered this.. HELP!!

I'm not the Dr. and he'll tell u what's best. But u don't have to be a Dr. to be kind. When u use words like big ass on the floor, it's not funny, or cute. Stay out of the room if u can't help yourself to be kind. That person will learn how to do the right moves to help himself get up. I did.
