Yes, it’s true! You can change your fascial system by changing your sleep posture. I know this because I have done it, TWICE!
The first time was to get me out of chronic tension, headaches and neck pain.
The second time was to reverse my post spiral and readjust my fascia to take pressure off my right lumbar spine.
There is a lot to unpack, but I have a sleep pot workshop that was taught a few years ago. Warning, it is not perfect social media quality, it is organic and a live zoom with participants.

Honestly, all of it! Your body needs a full fascial conditioning program. The healthier your fascial system is, the more bouncy, slide-y and glide-y your fascia is so you are less vulnerable to injury! ... and your muscles work much better :)
