‪@RenaissancePeriodization‬ Been using this workout program for a month now and enjoying it. A big departure from my normal powerlifting programming I am doing and still figuring out how bodybuilding and progressive overload works. In this video I have provided chapters for the exercises I did and some commentary as I am going through. Need to adjust some of the working sets weights and the Reps In Reserve as I am getting my head about that still. Rep ranges also need to be updated depending on the exercise.
Thanks for checking out the video and please subscribe / like the video if you haven't already.

Also, use the rep bar a minute before you get rid of the ez curl bar. I had the same thought. But then, using that for curls and tricep push downs, started giving me elbow problems. The angle on my curl bar, and straps for push downs seems gentler on the elbows

Yeah I can see that but I don’t have elbow problems. Mostly will use that bar for a few exercises here and there where I haven’t used my curl bar much. I use the Rogue strap a lot more as I do love it

Love this series. I'll be curious when you compare this to evolve. Evolve is so much more affordable, but what does that matter to us home gym folks.

Yeah it is definitely different than evolve and both can work depending on your goals. I do like this as less likely to get hurt with lower weights and not trying for maxes. I got 6 months of this for $149 so that is evolve for a year. I can however after 6 months take the programming concept here and just do it on the Stong app I have used for ages for the most part. I am basically paying for convenience here and getting some education on how it works. Thanks for the comment.

id assume the bar feels lighter. Its heavier than the strap so its pulling some of the load for you.

Yes that is probably it and being solid helps also is my assumption so less stabilizing vs the strap. Nice comment and thank you
