@RenaissancePeriodization Been using this workout program for a month now and enjoying it. A big departure from my normal powerlifting programming I am doing and still figuring out how bodybuilding and progressive overload works. In this video I have provided chapters for the exercises I did and some commentary as I am going through. Need to adjust some of the working sets weights and the Reps In Reserve as I am getting my head about that still. Rep ranges also need to be updated depending on the exercise.
