If you haven't tried, a small rose bud tip makes it much easier to braze the larger pipes like the ones on the reversing valve

I've heard of fuses that are rated for a certain amperage that do not pop when they're supposed to, they're actually a higher rating than what they're labelled as. Most of these examples come from Chinese manufacturers. Just something to be aware of, not saying that this is the case here.

Might be… it was a 3 amp but it was pink for some reason. Not sure I’d ever seen a pink 3 amp before this one.

sometimes it just doesn't make sense. next will be a bad blower, next condenser fan , then compressor. maybe he can just skip right over the 410a refrigerant. next year the new stuff comes out.

Do you have any idea why you seem to need more 422B to fill a system that had 22 previously? I specifically ran into this where the sight glass would not go clear until I added 5-10% more refrigerant

Nice to know they invented a drop in replacement for R-22. My unit is a bit oversized, so a 10% loss won't cause any problems unless the global warming really takes off.

Ain't no such as Global warming, back in the 70'DS they said we all were gonna freeze and wanted to air drop coal dust on the artic glaciers, cause sun heats up dark colors faster. Iming that
