Hi Christina - I'm a huge fan of your videos!! Can you do a video on COLORFUL fonts? I've downloaded a font with a floral, colorful pattern within it (from creative fabrica), but when I install it in Canva, it comes up solid black! Have you done a video on this, or could you share some insight on how to correct it? Thank you so much! also sorry for the spam, I'm just hoping you see the message.

Would you recommend starting a new etsy store doing Personalised jewellery? Or would you start off with another lesser value product? Brilliant content and videos

what type of jewelry? If its just designing the background card of jewelrry (like from ShineOn) those shops were all taken down and etsy stated they dont count as hand made. If you can actually personalize the product itself then yes I would do another shop

I do have one shop that mostly sell POD apparels, so sweatshirts, shirts, hoodies, and a few tote bags. Also, thank you so much! :)

Really high quality content, thank you. One question I have, I noticed some people create full colorful designs for the mug, on Printify, does the design cover the entire mug or does it stop close to the C holder. Referring to a design at 1:12. If it doesn’t cover the entire mug, I would think it would look ugly since you have an orange background but white near the C handle. Not sure if customers would like that?

It doesn't cover the entire mug, so I use PNG files and prefer designs without backgrounds.

I currently sell the generic mugs from District Photo, but i've also read good thing about the mugs from SPOKE

Canva has the background remover but don't think the image vectorizer (which I've not used before).

I really like Canva. Kittl was good but I found that Canva has more assets (clipart). I skip between Canva and Photopea which is a Photoshop dupe

Hi, I was wondering, could you give me some advice? Would it be possible to create a brand focused around a fandom without actually infringing on copyright? For example if it was Star Wars, have lots space and planet themed shirts and sayings like “No Bad Feelings” or “This Princess carries a gun” and maybe a separate shirt with a graphic of a bunch of fuzz balls laughing (for the line “laugh it up, Fuzzball”)? Because none of those things are technically copyrighted but it would be obvious what I was copying so would I get in trouble for that? Also if I had a youtube channel that made star wars edits and then used that channel to promote my products it would be even easier to accuse me of using their story to sell my stuff, but technically it’s still my designs and I didn’t explicitly copy or steal anything so would it be okay? Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing what you think!

You'd need to check the copyright database. You can find videos about it.

I would not do it. Chances are very high you get shut down.

I personally wouldn't risk it. Etsy could suspend your shop, even for a hint of infringement.
